In the last 10 years what roads have changed? Including but not limited to, one way, no right or left turn, no through road and so on. and of these which were said to be temporary when first implemented?

The information requested is exempt under Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 as detailed below.

Temporary Modifications to Traffic Orders

It is a legal requirement for temporary modifications to Traffic Orders made under Article 68 of the Road Traffic Law (Jersey) 1956 to be published in the Jersey Gazette.   This can be accessed via the following link and can be filtered by Article 68 Notices:

Traffic Orders

The Jersey Legal Information Board publishes all final Traffic Orders and their histories at the end of the document in the revised edition’s end notes.  This includes a table regarding which laws have been amended and when they came into force.  This information can be accessed via the following link:

Article 23 - Information accessible to applicant by other means

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.

(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.​
