The information requested is publicly available and is therefore absolutely exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 by virtue of Article 23 of that Law.
Individual Petty Debt Court decisions are available for inspection at the Magistrate's Court, Union Street, St Helier.
The individual against whom a Petty Debts Court judgment is taken and certain organisations may check judgments by obtaining a report from a credit reference agency.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.
(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
