It should be noted that a PSV Taxi-Cab badge entitles the holder to drive limousines as well as Taxi-Cabs.

Limousine plates are issued to companies, therefore there is no waiting list. Therefore, this information is not held and Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
