Please provide a list of all residential buildings currently being rented or leased by the Government of Jersey from private landlords on the island and the total cost to the Jersey taxpayer.

The attached spreadsheet provides details o​f residential accommodation leased in from private landlords and social housing. Please note that this also includes client facing residential for Mental Health and Children's Services and not just for key workers.

As at 12 July 2024 the Government of Jersey lease in 261 units, across 19 sites for the total rental sum of £4.45 million per annum.
