Regarding ongoing work streams aimed at reducing vehicle speed limits on La Rue A Don in Grouville, please confirm the roles and actions being undertaken by the following departments:

(a) The Government's Road / Transport Team

(b) Parish of Grouville

(c) The Law Office

(d) Any other consultants or agencies employed by the Government of Jersey. 

For each department listed above, please provide:

A description of any active work streams, projects, or initiatives related to the reduction of vehicle speed limits on La Rue A Don, Grouville.

B

Details of the specific actions or measures being implemented as part of these work streams.

C

The current status of these work streams, including any milestones achieved and the remaining tasks to be completed.

D

The timescale or estimated completion date for each work stream, project, or initiative.

If any of the departments listed are not involved in this matter, please confirm that no relevant work is being undertaken.

The Government of Jersey does not currently have any active work streams regarding the speed limits on La Rue a Don, therefore the information is not held and Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.  

La Rue a Don is a Government road therefore the Parish would not hold the requested information since it does not fall under their responsibility. 

It should be noted that the Parish is identified as a separate Scheduled Public Authority (SPA) under the Freedom of Information legislation, therefore, Freedom of Information requests for the Parish should be sent to them directly using the contact details shown at the end of the response.

The Law Officers Department is not a Scheduled Public Authority under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 and are therefore not obliged to respond to requests under the Law. Article 10 of the Law applies.
