Please inform me of the costs associated with the purchase and building of the new playing field at JCG prep school. I request a breakdown of the following please:
- Application fees and architect / planning costs
- Purchase costs including legal fees
- Cost of clearing the site
- Fencing and reseeding costs including labour.

*The field already belonged to the College.
Children, Young People, Education and Skills department is funding the fencing and perimeter hedging to the field however final invoices are yet to be received therefore the exact figure is not held and Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
These works were competitively tendered as per Public Finance Manual guidelines and the successful contractor was awarded with the works.
