How many complaint board hearings were held in total involving Health and Community Services between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2023.
B
Out of that total number of complaints, how many were upheld on the grounds of:
Article 9 of the Administrative Decisions (Review)(Jersey) Law 1982 as having been-
(B) unjust, oppressive or improperly discriminatory, or was in a accordance with a provision of any enactment or practice which is or might be unjust, oppressive or improperly discriminatory: and
(E) contrary to the generally accepted principles of natural justice.

Total amount of compensation or ex gratia payments made to the complainants (not individual payments) in respect of number of complaints as referenced in question B.
