What is Jersey Property Holdings doing to ensure that the empty, now vacant for six months, site at Les Creux formerly used by the Bowls Club is kept in good repair?

Are they actively seeking new tenants for the site, and if so, without revealing any commercial details, how many expressions of interest have there been, and are any likely to move to leasehold?

Jersey Property Holdings (JPH) is keeping an active check on this property during this interim period, and carrying out necessary testing, servicing, maintenance and repairs on a mainly reactive basis.

Jersey Property Holdings (JPH) has not undertaken a formal marketing exercise on this property; however, they have received 19 enquiries from parties interested in taking-over the property, these include proposals for sports use, community use and café use. 

JPH has considered some of these enquiries in more detail and it has discussed the ideas with the applicants. 

A decision is still to be made on the future use of this site and a preferred operator / tenant, or, whether to market the property through a formal process.​
