Request

A

How many rapes and sexual offences have been reported since the introduction of the 2018 Sexual Offences legislation?

B

Of these reports, how many have not been able to be investigated or not led to an investigation, prosecution or court because the incidents happened pre-2018 and therefore there is no crime to charge the alleged person with?

C

How many rapes and sexual offences are reported per year, and, of these, how many make it to court, and then how many see a successful conviction?

D

Of the rapes and sexual offences reported per year, what is our false reporting rate? Please provide numerical answer as I want to know if it tallies with the UK false reporting rate of 2 to 9%. How does this compare to false reporting rates for other crimes in Jersey?

E

What is the main reason for rape and sexual offence investigations being closed in Jersey?

F

What is the reporting rate for rape and sexual offences by age bracket?
