On 20 December 2018 the Attorney General entered into an agreement with the States of Jersey Police, having consulted with the Comité de Connétables and the Comité des Chefs de Police. The agreement deals with information and intelligence sharing between the parties and the areas of responsibility and accountability in operational policing matters.

(2) Information is absolutely exempt information if –
