Request
Please can the number of Government of Jersey employees on Civil Servant grades under CS11 granted licenses for work over the last 24 months be communicated. If this can be broken down into the numbers within the different branches of Government (for example Health, Education and so on), that would be preferable.
Response
9 licensed permissions were granted to employees under Grade CS11 for the period October 2022 to date within the following departments:
- Infrastructure and Environment
- Non-Executive and Legal Departments
- Health & Community Services
Due to the very low numbers involved, any further breakdown will not be provided as it could lead to the identification of individuals. This information is therefore exempt under Article 25 (Personal Information) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.
