Please can you tell me the total number of hours lost due to Long Term Sickness by Government of Jersey employees in 2023 and 2024 so far?

Can you break this down by department and reason for the sick leave?

As well as hours- could you provide the monetary value the sick leave has cost (ie what they've been paid while off sick) by department and reason it's due to if possible. So for example- Health Department has has had x hours lost due to long term sick leave. This cost the department x amount.
x amount of hours were lost due to x reason at a cost of x, and so on.

It is not possible to provide the total number of hours lost due to Long Term Sickness as this information is not recorded in a reportable format, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
The attached report details all sickness for 2023 and 2024 up to September, which is broken down into departments and reasons for sickness.
