Transfer of flats to flying freehold (FOI)

Request

I would like details and transaction costs relating to the transfer of Quennevais park flats, Block G & H to private flying freehold. Specifically how much the residents paid to purchase the freehold for their parking spaces. 

​I believe the transactions tool place around 2002.

Attached is a map with Blocks G & H highlighted which will hopefully help clarify my request.

All Royal Court property contracts are available to view at the Public Registry, therefore the information requested is exempt under Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.

(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.​
