How many, if any, Licences have been granted, extended or renewed by the Minister for the Environment under the Slaughter of Animals (Jersey) Law 1962.

And of that number how many contain exemptions to the method of slaughter that would otherwise apply at the Public slaughterhouse, as concessions for the religious observance.

7 licences were granted or renewed by the Minister for the Environment under the Slaughter of Animals (Jersey) Law 1962 between 1st July 2022 and 29th January 2024
11 licences were granted or renewed by the Minister for the Environment under the Slaughter of Animals (Jersey) Law 1962 between 2nd January 2024 to present.
