For the sake of clarity, in 1967 the States Assembly adopted a proposition that profits from the public lotteries be devoted to Fort Regent (this is what is referred to as the Jersey Lottery). In 2001 the States Assembly adopted P.11/2001 Channel Islands Lottery: future format and allocation of profits (this is what is referred to as the Channel Islands Lottery).
Information in relation to the establishment of Channel Islands Lottery is available in response to a previous Freedom of Information response as linked above. Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law has been applied.
Details in for the total review and percentage that was given to Fort Regent for the last ten years is available in response to a previous Freedom of Information response as linked above. Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law has been applied. Going further back to the inception of the CI Lottery in 2001, no proceeds were used towards Fort Regent.
