Data is not held to enable a breakdown of these costs by clinical and non-clinical staff. Providing expenditure on taxis by department would take considerable data reconciliation to accurately attribute costs. A Scheduled Public Authority is not required to create or manipulate data for the purposes of responding to Freedom of Information requests. Therefore, it is not possible to provide the breakdown of costs requested.
