Specifically, I would like to request the following details:

-The current telecom services provider.

-The date when the existing telecom services contract was last renewed or awarded.

-The duration and expiry date of the current telecom services contract.

-Any planned or upcoming procurement processes related to the renewal of telecom services.

-Documentation, if available, outlining the criteria and procedures for the selection of telecom service providers.

-Information on any performance metrics or reports related to the current telecom services contract.

-Details of any subcontractors or third parties involved in delivering telecom services within.

-The budget allocated for telecom services over the duration of the current contract.

-Any records of previous telecom services contracts, including providers, dates, and contract values.

Telecom services contracts are not held at department or function level and therefore no information is held in relation to telecom service contracts within Fisheries and Marine Resources.  Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law therefore applies.
