I note there has been previous FOI requests, this request is for an update:

Please may you provide an updated list of GoJ facilities which have baby changing facilities

Please indicate which ones are open to the public

The Government of Jersey does not maintain a list of Government sites with baby changing facilities, therefore, Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.

However, see the attached table of baby changing facilities within the public toilets that are maintained by Jersey Property Holdings.

Article 10 - Obligation of scheduled public authority to confirm or deny holding Information

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), if –

(a) a person makes a request for information to a scheduled public authority; and

(b) the authority does not hold the information, it must inform the applicant accordingly.​
