I am writing to formally request the disclosure of the identity of the individual who contacted the Infrastructure and Environment Department to initiate a nuisance order against me, referenced as COMP-01974 in the letter I received on October 23, 2024.
Additionally, I request access to any video and photographic evidence submitted by the claimant as part of this request.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and the provision of the requested information.

The Government of Jersey is unable to disclose any details of the complainant or provide access to evidence submitted by the complainant as part of an investigation as this Information is given in confidence, Article 26 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has therefore been applied.
