Request

We are currently preparing a new housing development located in St. Ouen. As part of the planning application process, we are required to include a Crime Impact Assessment.

The proposed site is situated on fields O594 and O595, Rue de la Croix, St. Ouen (site plan attached).

Would it be possible to provide crime figures/stats for this area for us to implement into our report.

Response

Please find below details of the latest crime statistics for Rue de la Croix, St. Ouen (1 January 2019 to date) This relates to the area bounded by the closest four roads, namely La Route de Vinchelez, La Rue de la Croix, La Rue de la Fosse au Bois and La Rue des Marettes.
