Does the Government put any funds into Jersey cricket on an annual basis if so please provide the annual figures for the last 5 years?
Response
The Government of Jersey does not provide any funds to Jersey Cricket on an annual basis. Therefore Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
Jersey Cricket did receive £300,000 as part of the Fiscal Stimulus Fund (tranche one) in 2021. This was to facilitate the refurbishment of the Grainville cricket facility. Details are available via the following link. Fiscal Stimulus Fund
