Property Condition Survey Reports have been created for all the referenced schools and the latest report was finalised in September 2024.
2a and 2b
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes are in place for all the referenced schools.
The Government of Jersey does not maintain records of when the initial PPMs were created, therefore, this information is not held and Article 10 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applied.
The current property management system, Concerto, which holds the PPMs for Jersey Property Holdings was set up in 2017, however, the majority of the PPMs were already in place before this date.

The Property Condition Reports and PPMs are maintained by the Jersey Property Holdings team within the Infrastructure and Environment Department.
The requested documents are not publicly available; however, the individual schools and the Children, Young People, Education and Skills Department (CYPES) can access these as required.
