In the following FOI it was asked at question (9) Were there any conflicts of interest declared by individuals involved in the tender process?

The response stated there were none reported for the "Jersey based evaluators". Please can you confirm that this description includes all government employees involved in the tender process as it is ambiguous. If it does not for some reason answer the original question correctly then please do so.

The Government of Jersey can confirm that no conflicts of interest were declared by any Government employees involved in the tender process and nil returns were specifically required.​
