To whom it may concern,

We [name redacted] are currently preparing a new housing development located in St. Peter. As part of the planning application process, we are required to include a Crime Impact Assessment. 

The proposed site is situated on fields P558, P559 and P632, St Peters Main Road, St. Peter (site plan attached). 

Can you please provide crime figures/stats for this area for us to implement into our report? 

Should you require any further details, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can you specify exactly which roads you require information for? There are many smaller roads nearby/neighbouring the fields you have mentioned.
