As per HFEA (Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority) requirements, there is no sharing of data with the Antenatal service as to whether a pregnancy is conceived via assisted conception or not, so no linkage is available. Additionally, patients who undergo fertility treatment outside of the U.K. may or may not have contact with the Assisted Reproduction Unit (ARU). As such, whilst details may be recorded in individual case notes, no central record for births resulting from IVF is held. Therefore, Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
E
36 positive pregnancy tests, as detailed in response to Questions A and B.
F and G
IUI treatment facilitated through resulted in fewer than five positive pregnancy tests and live births in 2024. As numbers are small, disclosure control is applied to protect individuals from identification, and Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law has been applied to protect the privacy of individuals.
