​I recently asked a question related to licences for Jersey Cricked, the answer came back one for coach and one for CEO.

Can these licences be used for anything other than their specified purpose?

Response

If a staffing permission is granted with a condition imposed specifying what role it can be used for, as in this licence, then it cannot be used for any other role.

Part 19 of the Business Licence Guidance Notes provides more information on conditioning licences under Part 7, Article 27 of the Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law 2012. ​
