Subject: Freedom of Information Request – Financial Recovery Team Compensation

Dear FOI Team,

I am submitting this request under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011.

I would like to request the following information regarding the Financial Recovery Team working to reduce costs and spending in Health Care Jersey:

Do any members of the Financial Recovery Team receive financial rewards, bonuses, or other performance-related incentives based on cost reduction or spending targets?

Specifically, does Obi Hasan receive any financial reward or bonus linked to performance-related targets?

Please provide details, including:

​The nature of any performance-related financial incentives.

The criteria used to determine these incentives.

The total amount paid, if applicable, over the last financial year.

The Health FRP (Financial Recovery Plan) team do not receive any financial rewards, or other performance-related incentives based on cost reduction or spending targets.
