1. Does the States of Jersey currently employ any physician associates or anaesthesia associates in its health service?
2. If none is currently employed, does the States of Jersey anticipate introducing these roles in the near future?
3. If these positions currently exist, what safeguards are in place to ensure a patient understands they are being seen either by a physician associate or anaesthesia associate rather than a fully qualified medical doctor, surgeon or anaesthesiologist?

Health and Care Jersey do not have any Physician Associate or Anaesthesia Associate roles.
