High net worth applicants engage with Locate Jersey prior to formal application and will go through a detailed due diligence process in order to obtain their Entitled residential and employment status.
This includes submission of a personal, business and financial profile to confirm the applicant's background, net worth and ability to satisfy the required minimum tax liability of £125,000 per annum.
Consideration will also be given to any risk or reputational issues for Jersey. This provides a high degree of assurance over the course of the process.
