I'd like to see all emails and WhatsApp messages between Chief Minister Lyndon Farnham, Economic Development Minister Kirsten Morel and Constable Andy Jehan - as well as the relevant chief officers - that mention a European Aviation Safety Agency report into Jersey Airport over the last 12 months. These include emails received from representatives at Ports of Jersey, which I am aware are not subject to FOI.
Response
Government of Jersey employees do not conduct business via WhatsApp, any WhatsApp correspondence is therefore excluded from scope of the request.
Searches were conducted on the email accounts of Chief Minister Lyndon Farnham, Deputy Kirsten Moral, Constable Andy Jehan and Richard Corrigan via the email back up system (Cryoserver) which holds copies of all emails sent and received by Government of Jersey staff for any of the following words:
‘European’, ‘Aviation’ and ‘Safety’’
No emails in scope of the request were found, therefore the requested information is not held, and Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
