Response
Case Management supported 64 complaints of bullying raised between 2019 and 2024.
17 complaints were upheld, or partially upheld; 2 are pending outcome.
7 employees were issued with a disciplinary sanction for allegations related to bullying within this period of time.
A further 11 cases have been recorded at an informal stage. This excludes any that were escalated as formal complaints, as detailed above.
- 5 of these are closed – resolved at the informal stage
- 6 are new / ongoing
Concerns raised with the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian (FTSUG) since the introduction of the role in 2023, where ‘Bullying / harassment’ is recorded as a category for either a primary or secondary concern, are detailed below.
