Produced by the Freedom of Information office
Authored by States of Jersey and published on 11 July 2016.

Request

How many times since 2006 has the Department of Education, Sport and Culture or the Education Department as it is now known, made a bid to increase funding for higher education grants, and if possible, what did they ask for?

If not successful, what were the reasons given and by whom?

Response

Financial records are retained for six years plus the current year, as required by the Records Management Policy of the States of Jersey. The response therefore includes data from 2010 onwards.

The tables below provide a summary of growth bids for higher education for the period from 2010 to 2015.
