Please could you provide me with the following information. 

Q1. What is the FTE and headcount of the management team of Childrens Social Care to include the Director, Associate Director, and Heads of Services broken down by years, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. 

Q2. Within the management team of Children's Social Care has anyone got more than 5 years residency?

A1. 

​Note, Headcount and FTE are the same for the periods requested.  This is employees in substantive posts only and does not include interims/contractors/agency workers/ secondments arrangements.  Therefore, gaps in the table above may be covered by these sorts of arrange.  

A2. The number of employees with 5 years residency in Children's Social Care is <5. 

Employees in this group outlined above in February 2025 are categorised as, “Entitled to Work”, or “Licenced”.   We are unable to provide a breakdown of staff by the positions they hold as this would potentially identify individuals. 

Where numbers are small, disclosure control has been applied to protect the privacy of individuals and numbers fewer than five are represented as ‘<5’. Article 25 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has been applied.
