On 12 June 2015, the English Crown purported to give its interest in inter alia Jersey's foreshore. Richard Falle in his 2021 Submission (https://statesassembly.je/scrutiny/scrutiny-review-submissions/2021/submission-r-falle-foreshore-encroachment-policy-review-7-january-2021) suggested that compensation should be paid by the Minister for Infrastructure to those adversely affected.
Has any such step been implemented? If so please point out to me the vehicle for it, or if not implemented, why not?
I thank you in anticipation of a helpful reply to assist in my doctoral thesis on Britain's foreshore and possible changes
Response
No compensation has been implemented as suggested in the Scrutiny submission by Advocate Falle, aside from the reimbursements referred to in R.116/2024.
