Dear Sir or Madam

Under the Freedom of Information Act, can you please provide me with the following information: 

I would be obliged if you could provide me with up-to-date information as to the current Licence Holder and Designated Premises Supervisor/Manager and or Owner for the following premises along with effective dates for each position.

  • • Horse & Hounds Inn, La Route Des Quennevais, Jersey, JE3 8LL.

I would be grateful if you could supply this information electronically.

This information is sought under Paragraph 5(3)(a) of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Data Protection Act 2018 (the “DPA 2018”), which provides that the listed GDPR provisions do not apply to personal data where disclosure of the data is necessary for the purpose of, or in connection with, legal proceedings. 

A copy of this section of the DPA 2018 is attached.

This data was provided as part of a previous response issued in May 2024. The information in relation to these premises remains unchanged. Article 23 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 has therefore been applied.
