Planning Fee
The total planning application fee for the Acute Hospital at Overdale was ÂŁ323,067 up to the point of the Planning Committee meeting.
Total Expenditure Up to Planning Consent
It is not possible to provide a precise cost breakdown specifically for completing the planning application. Much of the work produced by advisors, third parties, Government departments and the Programme team to date has contributed to or informed the planning application in some capacity. Consequently, specific planning-related spend cannot be separately identified or extrapolated. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 applies.
As of 31 December 2023, a total expenditure of ÂŁ38.3 million has been incurred on the New Healthcare Facilities (NHF) including site works, acquisitions, fees and charges.
The year-end accounts for 2024 are currently under review by external auditors and have not yet been published.
