How much has the recent court case cost to date for David Henry Law, who was sentenced to 15 months in prison for one count of knowingly entering Jersey without leave and one count of seeking to obtain or secure the avoidance or postponement of enforcement action against him?
Response
The Judicial Greffe is unable to say how much this particular court case cost, or indeed any individual court case, as the costs of court buildings and court staff are not assigned to individual cases in its records. The Judicial Greffe does not hold any financial information that relates to the costs of external agencies such as the Law Officers’ Department and individual law firms. Article 3 of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 therefore applies.
Personal information has been redacted from the request above and Article 25 (2) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 also applies.
