Chief Officers purchase cards spending (FOI)

Please provide a breakdown of all that has been spent by chief officers, including the chief executive, on States of Jersey charge accounts/ charge cards broken down per officer per year, for the years 2014, 2015 and to date in 2016. 

Can the information include a breakdown of the purchases, including date, amount and what it was spent on?

Can the information be broken down by officer? 

If this will take too long to collate please advise ASAP and I will submit separate requests for each officer.
