With regard to the response to the Change of the scrap metal recycling contract, could you please advise the exact amount per annum received for rental, as I know the previous company were paying almost £100k per annum?

Could you also please advise me as to the cost to the Island to have the Picot and Rouille contract ended, to include legal fees, expert fees, or any other such fees incurred?

The annual rental is considered by the parties to the contract to be commercially sensitive information and is therefore exempt under Article 33(b) of the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 - Commercial Interests.

B

There were no costs associated directly with ending the Picot & Rouille Contract.
