About the Housing Policy Development Board
The Housing Policy Development Board was established to examine the housing market in Jersey and to develop comprehensive proposals that improve the supply, affordability, access to, and standard of housing in the island.
The Government is taking forward several of the Board's proposals, principally through the Government Plan and Island Plan frameworks.
Final report
The Chair of the Housing Policy Development Board presented the Board's recommendations to the Council of Ministers on 9 March 2021.
The Chief Minister published the Housing Policy Development Board's final report and covering note on 16 April 2021.
