Problem	Risk of Injury
Further information	The product may have a malfunction where the carabiner's gate stays open and no longer closes automatically. Using a carabiner with the gate open does not ensure the user's safety. The product does not meet PPE regulation standards. If you have this product, stop using it immediately.
