These products may present a risk of injury due to a defect on the gated opening attachment point which may cause unintentional opening, and result in injury or a life threatening situation.  All serial numbers up to 23J 0000000 000 are included.

If you have bought any of these products stop using them immediately. Petzl have requested to inspect the relevant products and have issued a list of affected batches. Petzl advise that if there is a green sticker inside your harness's plasticised label (located inside the belt), it has already been inspected.
