The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

The product presents a high risk of asphyxiation as the suction cups on the storage bag for the blocks are easily detachable. A child may place the suction cup in their mouth, and if swallowed, block the flow of oxygen and cause the child to asphyxiate.
