B&Q has identified a potential safety risk with the Cooke & Lewis mirrors listed below. B&Q has decided to recall these products as in some circumstances the safety backing may be ineffective or missing. This may result in the mirror detaching from the fixings and falling. Additionally the shelves supplied are not toughened glass. Both these concerns present a risk of cuts should the glass break. For products with lights this could result in live wires becoming exposed presenting a risk of electric shock. Products affected
