ASUS have recieved incident reports regarding this product. They have the issue as above involving a potential reversed memory capacitor issue in the production process from one of the production lines.
If you have this product, contact the seller or ASUS. You will need to find your product's serial number. It is on the sticker label on the top side or bottom of the motherboard. The serial number is below the barcode. The serial number may also be on the sticker label on the side of the package box.
