The kit does not meet toy safety requirements as the magnets in this toy construction kit have been tested and found to have a magnetic flux index nearly three times greater than the safety limit. If two or more magnets were swallowed, there is a risk the magnets may become drawn to each other in the digestive system , which could cause serious injury or death if medical attention is not sought. The parts also fit in the small parts cylinder which presents a choking hazard to young children.
