This product has been tested and presents a high risk of electric shock as the shutters did not fully cover the aperture. The test pin could not slide past the shutters and it could touch live parts. The plug pins are just over 2mm from edge of the plug, less than the permissible minimum. There is also no fuse fitted into the adaptor. The product does not meet safety standards, and for all of the above reasons it may pose a risk of electric shock to the user.
If you have this product, stop using it. Contact the seller. The product has been recalled and removed from the online market place.
