The product presents risk of entrapment as it has an elastic adjuster and toggle on the hood. These adjusters are not permitted on garments intended for young children as they may become entrapped by the cord, for example on playground equipment or moving vehicles or bikes or bus doors. Additionally, elasticated cords may 'snap' back to the face or neck resulting in injury. The product does not meet safety standards.
