This product presents with a high risk of fire as there have been reported incidents of smoke development in the hub of the rear hub motor. In some cases, the motors led to ignition and a smouldering fire.
The manufacturer of the product, Internetstores GmbH, has entered into insolvency and has written directly to all end users in the UK with further information. Further information can be requested by contacting service@netstores.eu.
If you have bought this product stop using it immediately and return it to the distributor for a refund.
