Our Front Office department is looking for someone with a professional, bright, friendly attitude, with a ‘can do’ approach to join our team. You will have a good level of English, both spoken and written. You will have the ability to build a natural rapport with customers, with exceptional conversation.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to , guest check-ins / out, and general reception administration.
Previous experience within Reception or Reservations and knowledge of Opera or similar Front Office system would be advantageous, but full training will be given.
Qualification in Hospitality and/or Tourism is desirable.
